The Reds march on in the League Cup with a pretty emphatic win against a strong Brighton line up. Winning 3-2 in what could’ve been a tricky game on paper on the South Coast. Two wonder strikes from Cody Gakpo put us in a commanding lead early in the second half. Before Brighton got one back after some sloppy play by ourselves.

Brighton were piling on the pressure as you’d expect away from home in a cup tie.
